After extensive renovations of the entire public areas on the ground floor the Hollow on the Square has reopened. The check-in, the lobby, the restaurant and the bar have a completely new appearance and offer a modern and cozy feel-good atmosphere. Seasons In Africa continues to operate only the 56-rooms in the main building, not any longer the 30 Green Annex rooms in the neighboring building.

Seasons In Africa is pleased to have re-opened the Knysna Hollow Country Estate on 8 October 2018 after a complete rebuild. Nestled in a sprawling garden with 2 pools, the brand-new hotel offers a total of 44 luxurious Garden Suites, less than half the number of rooms as before, but now much more spacious and with high-quality interior. Each room with 50 m² is modern and stylish with a private veranda or balcony overlooking the green gardens. The “Social Eatery Restaurant & Bar” is the venue of the new hotel complex and is intended as a restaurant, café, bar and lounge as a meeting place for hotel guests and the local Knysna residents alike, open daily from 7 a.m. to 22 p.m.

We are pleased to introduce you to the “Konkamoya Lodge” as our newest partner from Zambia, Kafue National Park, since November 2018. Nestled on the banks of the Itezhi-Tezhi Lake in the southern Kafue National Park in the heart of Zambia. Konkamoya Lodge (which in the Nianja language means “Follow the wind”) consists of only 4 luxurious brand-new safari tents, which are currently under construction, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, allowing them an intimate experience with nature. Konkamoya Lodge is open from June to end of November each year, which is the dry season in Zambia.

O&L Leisure is involved in the consistent adaptation of Chobe Water Villas to be more ecologically friendly. To reduce CO2-emissions and under the slogan “Naturally today for tomorrow”, it was decided to partner up with O&L Energy to invest in a state-of-the-art solar park and storage system.

Wellworth Collection opened in August 2018 with Kogatende the third Ole Serai Luxury Camp in the Serengeti. The camp is located in the north of the park, just 2.5 km from the Mara River and 1.5 km from the Kogatende Airstrip, and consists of 14 luxurious tents, each of 45 m².

Much is happening with the refurbishment of 18 rooms and an addition of 8 new rooms. The rooms that have been upgraded were left out from the last major upgrade that occurred in 2008, therefore it was necessary to lift them up to the same comfort level as all the other rooms. These rooms have now been completed with a fresher and more modern look.
