The well-known safari resort of the O&L Leisure hotel group with 114 rooms was reopened on March 6, 2023 after extensive renovation work. In the first phase, all public areas of the complex were rebuilt: from the main building with check-in, to the restaurant, bar, pool with pool bar and lounge, conference rooms and more. In the 2nd phase, a unique “Sky-Boma” is now being built, watch this space.

The small boutique lodge “Konkamoya” in Kafue National Park, Zambia, was also renovated last year. After the construction of the 4 guest tents in 2020, owner Andrea Porro also rebuilt the “Lapa” with restaurant, lounge bar and infinity pool last year.

The exclusive Mateya Safari Lodge in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve has published attractive specials for 2023.
