Free Night Specials at Hollow Hotels
Seasons In Africa offers the Special 3=2 at the Hollow Hotels from 1. May to 31. August 2019. The Cape Town Hollow and Hollow on the Square are located in Cape Town, before traveling along the Garden Route to Knysna Hollow. After reconstruction and re-open in October 2018 the Knysna Hollow awaits its guests in a spacious garden and modern rooms.
Re-Opening Kwara Camp
Kwando Safaris has announced that the rebuilt Kwara camp will re-open on 1. September 2019. The new camp with a total of 9 tents on the same place as its predecessor will have much larger and more luxurious tents in an authentic African safari style. The 175,000 hectare Kwara Concession is considered one of the most wildlife private safari areas on the edge of the Okavango Delta, exclusively offering Kwando Safaris guests a full range of activities, including guided off-road safaris, on foot, by boat or onboard in the mokoro. An unforgettable nature experience amidst nearly untouched wilderness.

On Roadshow for the Wellworth Collection in Central Europe
As representative of our partner Wellworth Collection from Tanzania Ingo Jacob was in November at the „Africa Showcase Roadshow“ in Central Europe, outstanding organized by the South African agency „On Show Solutions“. In 57 speed meetings of 8 minutes each, he was able to give an overview about the Wellworth portfolio to the trade visitors in Hamburg, Zurich and Munich.

Our partner Rare Earth Retreats have extended the popular free nights specials for its entire portfolio until the end of 2019. In all Rare Earth Retreats Lodges – The Outpost, Pel’s Post, Ekuthukleni and Tshwene Lodges – guests benefit of a 4 = 3 special, from 1.3.19 to 13.12.19.

Hollow On The Square – Renovations completed
After extensive renovations of the entire public areas on the ground floor the Hollow on the Square has reopened. The check-in, the lobby, the restaurant and the bar have a completely new appearance and offer a modern and cozy feel-good atmosphere. Seasons In Africa continues to operate only the 56-rooms in the main building, not any longer the 30 Green Annex rooms in the neighboring building.
Re-Opening of Knysna Hollow
Seasons In Africa is pleased to have re-opened the Knysna Hollow Country Estate on 8 October 2018 after a complete rebuild. Nestled in a sprawling garden with 2 pools, the brand-new hotel offers a total of 44 luxurious Garden Suites, less than half the number of rooms as before, but now much more spacious and with high-quality interior. Each room with 50 m² is modern and stylish with a private veranda or balcony overlooking the green gardens. The “Social Eatery Restaurant & Bar” is the venue of the new hotel complex and is intended as a restaurant, café, bar and lounge as a meeting place for hotel guests and the local Knysna residents alike, open daily from 7 a.m. to 22 p.m.
New Partner: Konkamoya Lodge from Zambia
We are pleased to introduce you to the “Konkamoya Lodge” as our newest partner from Zambia, Kafue National Park, since November 2018. Nestled on the banks of the Itezhi-Tezhi Lake in the southern Kafue National Park in the heart of Zambia. Konkamoya Lodge (which in the Nianja language means “Follow the wind”) consists of only 4 luxurious brand-new safari tents, which are currently under construction, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, allowing them an intimate experience with nature. Konkamoya Lodge is open from June to end of November each year, which is the dry season in Zambia.
