Tshwene Lodge
Surrounded by magnificent rock formations, Tshwene Lodge is an oasis in the valley of the Taaibos River. The surrounding nature, with it’s wildlife offers recreation and exciting safaris. The five luxurious rooms offer a fantastic view of the river valley and the surrounding landscape.
Ekuthuleni Lodge
The lodge is located in malaria free Welgevonden Game Reserve in South Africa, about 2 1/2 – 3 hours self drive north of Johannesburg. Ekuthuleni, translated as “place of silence”, offers a luxurious Big Five safari experience at a first-class price-performance ratio.
The Outpost
The Outpost rests high on a hill overlooking the Luvuvhu River valley. The 12 unique stand-alone open plan en-suite Luxury Spaces offer spectacular views of the vast remote wilderness below. Game drives and outstanding walking safaris are undertaken in what is arguably one of the most scenically beautiful and diverse wilderness areas in the Kruger National Park.
Pel's Post
The new lodge “Pel’s Post”, a new sister camp of “The Outpost” (marketed internationally by Seasons In Africa), opened its doors for exclusive use in November 2016. This luxury accommodation is located in Makuleke Contractual Park, a 260m2 private concession in the most northern tip of the Kruger National Park.
Bakoven Beach House
Rare Earth Retreats are delighted to welcome a brand new property to the Cape View Clifton and Rare Earth Retreats portfolio – Bakoven Beach House, the ultimate secluded exclusive-use beach house in one of the most incredible settings in the world. The Old Rectory
Rare Earth Retreats are developing a new luxury boutique hotel “The Old Rectory”, in Central Plettenberg Bay, which is the oldest surviving building of the city, dating back to 1777 which was later used as a rectory by the Anglican church until the present rectory was built in 1939.
Rare Earth Country House
Rare Earth Country House – a provincial wine farm homestead. The restored original farmhouse villa can accommodate groups of up to 10 people – booked for exclusive use only. The house is on the picturesque Kay and Monty Vineyards farm, situated in the heart of the Garden Route. Approximately 26 km’s from Plettenberg Bay, this is an ideal location to explore the surrounding area.
